Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Book Specialist based in Rishon LeZion. The main responsibilities include:

• Managing daily bookkeeping and financial operations

• Handling invoices, payments, and receipts

• Bank reconciliations and cash flow management

• Working with suppliers, customers, and authorities

• Collaborating with external accountants and auditors

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bookkeeping / accounting – mandatory

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

• Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset

• Experience in logistics/shipping companies – an advantage

• Knowledge of accounting software and Excel
