Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Manager with overall responsibility for the organization’s computing infrastructure. The role includes managing and operating professional teams across areas such as virtualization, operating systems, communication software, databases, and additional infrastructure domains.

The position involves evaluating existing technologies, aligning them with the unit’s operational needs, and recommending technology upgrades or replacements. The Infrastructure Manager will be accountable for multiple core infrastructure systems across the organization.

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of experience in technological roles, including proven experience managing technical teams
• Matrix management of professional infrastructure teams in large organizations with a high number of users
• Hands-on management of large-scale and complex computing systems with high SLA requirements, including experience establishing and/or operating enterprise data centers
• Experience managing infrastructure budgets and performing strategic planning to support organizational goals
• Experience planning and implementing infrastructure projects, including high availability, disaster recovery, and business continuity (DRP/BCP)
• Proven experience with virtualization platforms, storage systems, backup solutions, and cloud environments
• Experience in Microsoft-based environments, monitoring and control systems, email systems, software distribution, and related technologies
• Experience with hardware, including rack servers and blade servers
• Experience in networking technologies
