Experienced Hi Tech Lawyer

We are looking for an experienced Senior Associate (5-7 years) to join our Corporate and Technology department at Barnea, Jaffa,Lande .

If you have a strong background in representing startups and navigating complex commercial transactions, we’d love to meet you.

The role-

• Providing ongoing legal counsel to entrepreneurs and tech companies at all stages.
• Leading investment rounds, M&A transactions, and cross-border deals.
• Managing client relationships and leading complex negotiations.
• Drafting a wide range of commercial agreements in a fast-paced environment.

what we are looking for-

5-7 years of experience in corporate and tech law (Experience in startup representation is mandatory).

• High-level English: 95% of our work is conducted in English, so fluency is key.
• A Team Player: Someone who enjoys working collaboratively and has strong communication skills.
• Credentials: A Law degree and membership in the Israeli Bar Association.
