Gen-AI Business Operations & Workflow Automation Engineer

About the role

We’re looking for a junior engineer- 4th-year student for industrial engineering with hands-on experience in business process automation and familiarity with GenAI tools. This role combines AI, operations, and automation, and focuses on helping standardize internal business operations, understand existing workflows, and build automations that create clear, measurable impact across teams such as Operations, HR, Finance, Legal, Sales, Marketing, and IT.

In this role, you will work on both internal and customer-facing projects. On the internal side, you’ll support HubSpot and FinOps tracking and automation, and help the company adopt AI and automation tools across day-to-day business operations, including Sales and Marketing.

On the customer-facing side, you’ll support process mapping, GenAI maturity assessments, and cross-team productivity work. You’ll use automation tools such as Zapier, Make, and n8n, and take part in exploring and implementing agentic AI workflows. This includes building automated flows that combine LLMs with business rules, connected tools, and task execution.

This role combines elements of Operations, GenAI, and Industrial Engineering, and focuses on helping enterprise and startup customers adopt GenAI capabilities in a practical way.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain basic financial tracking dashboards and support FinOps processes
• Support the implementation of AI tools for Sales and Marketing, including go-to-market activities
• Automate HubSpot tracking and connect CRM data with AI-based systems
• Analyze and document existing business workflows across different departments
• Identify automation opportunities and build secure workflows using Zapier, Make, or n8n
• Create, maintain, and analyze GenAI maturity assessments
• Support customer success activities to ensure high satisfaction and continued growth

Ideal candidate

• Background in business operations, process automation, or GenAI tools
• Comfortable analyzing processes, mapping use cases, and documenting work clearly
• Regular user of LLMs such as GPT, Gemini, Claude, and other prompt-based tools
• Hands-on experience building automations with Zapier, Make, or n8n
• Familiar with HubSpot and basic financial or operational tracking
• Self-learner who actively follows new GenAI tools, platforms, and use cases
• Clear communicator, organized, and responsible
• Based in Israel and available for at least 50% part-time
