We’re Hiring: Production Manager – Cable Harness & Rugged Systems Manufacturing (Military & Industrial)

NTI is looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead cable harness production and assembly of ruggedized electronic systems for military and industrial applications.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage cable harness production (low–mid volume)

• Oversee assembly of company products, including ruggedized and armored devices

• Ensure full compliance with IPC/WHMA-A-620

• Production planning, workflow control, and quality oversight

• FAI, in-process inspection, and production documentation

• Manage and track production projects from prototype to delivery

• Coordination with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal engineering teams

Requirements:

• Proven experience in cable harness manufacturing

• Strong knowledge of IPC/WHMA-A-620 – mandatory

• Hands-on understanding of crimping, soldering, shielding, and inspection

• Experience with military / rugged electronics – advantage

• Experience in product assembly and small-series manufacturing

• Structured, independent, detail-oriented

• Location: Israel – Petah Tikva
