About the role

We are looking for a Business Insights Analyst who can analyze existing data accurately and translate it into meaningful business value.

This role works closely with senior management and with marketing and PR teams, with the goal of interpreting and making data accessible for decision-making, generating insights, and producing data-driven content for external use as well.

Responsibilities:

• Define business and analytical questions together with senior management
• Analyze trends, changes, anomalies, and comparisons in business activity
• Generate insights and data-driven, actionable recommendations
• Build segmentations and comparisons (by time, products, customers, and business units)
• Translate complex data into clear and accessible messages
• Deliver data and insights to PR, management, and the marketing department
• Work with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree – required
• 3–5 years of experience in business analytics / operational analytics / BI – required
• Background in the financial domain – required
• Strong analytical capabilities and broad business understanding
• Experience presenting management insights to senior executives
• High proficiency in Excel; advantage for BI tools
• Experience working with multiple interfaces and stakeholder
