A major global corporation with several R&D centers in Israel. Located in the Central District, offering a high-impact environment and involvement in strategic national security projects.

Role Overview:

Leading the development and proof-of-concept for sophisticated subsystems within Unmanned Surface Vessels (USVs).
Defining system component requirements and authoring technical specifications, characterization, and design documents.
Analyzing requirements to define comprehensive systemic solutions and developing systemic processes for unmanned platforms.
Providing engineering oversight throughout development and leading the integration of subsystems.
Participating in full system integrations and key field/lab tests.
Managing subcontractors at an engineering level: requirements, design, development oversight, and testing.
Leading broad, multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Requirements:

B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Software, or Systems Engineering.
3+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, system characterization, development, integration, and systemic testing.
Strong multidisciplinary systemic vision and understanding.
Significant Advantage: Proven experience in the Maritime/Naval domain.
Advantage: Experience with Unmanned Systems (UAVs, USVs, etc.).
High proficiency in English (writing, speaking, and reading).
Excellent leadership and communication skills for managing cross-functional teams and external vendors.
