📣 We’re Hiring: CRM & Omnichannel Project Manager For a Leading Financial Institution

An exciting opportunity to lead cross-organizational CRM and Omnichannel projects end-to-end, within a large and dynamic financial environment. The role has a direct impact on customer experience and core business processes.

📍 Location: Bnei Brak

🕘 Position type: Full-time

🧩 Work model: Hybrid

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end management of cross-organizational CRM and Omnichannel projects

• Leading projects from initiation and requirements definition through development, integrations, testing, and deployment

• Go-live, stabilization, ongoing monitoring, and ensuring alignment with business goals, budget, and timelines

• Building project plans including milestones, scope, schedules, dependencies, and resources

• Budget management and ongoing financial tracking

• Coordination between development, product/analysis, QA, internal IT teams, and external vendors

• Ongoing collaboration with business stakeholders – gathering needs, translating them into requirements, and driving decisions

• Vendor management and oversight of scope, quality, and timelines

• Leading steering committees, status meetings, and task tracking

• Risk, change, and exception management

• Leading UAT, delivery testing, and go-live readiness

• System maintenance, user support, version management, and system stability

🔹 Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience managing IT / information systems projects – mandatory

• Proven experience in CRM and/or Omnichannel projects – significant advantage

• Experience in the financial sector (banks, investment firms, insurance companies) – advantage

• Academic degree or relevant professional training – mandatory

• Proven experience managing vendors – mandatory

• Ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional projects

• Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent interpersonal skills, service-oriented mindset, and assertiveness

• Experience working with Agile methodology

• High motivation and excellent communication skills
