Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Ashdod.
The Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized recommendations to enhance their purchase experience.
Key daily responsibilities include managing sales operations, delivering exceptional customer service, identifying new sales opportunities, and maintaining product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and ensure a positive experience
- Proven Sales and Sales Management experience with a customer-focused approach
- Experience in conducting Training activities to coach and guide team members
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Previous experience in a retail or food-related sales role is an advantage
