Business Analyst & Planning Manager – SKIMS Israel

FACTORY 54 is looking for a strong and experienced Business Analyst & Planning Manager to join the leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO. This is a key role responsible for leading all analytical, business, and planning aspects of SKIMS Israel.

The role combines strategic thinking, deep analysis, and the ability to translate data into business decisions, with direct impact on growth, commerce, and forward planning.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and analyze ongoing business performance
• Build, manage, and monitor budgets, forecasts, and OTB on a seasonal and annual level
• Analyze sales, profitability, inventory, and efficiency by category, store, channel, and country
• Identify trends, gaps, and commercial opportunities
• Develop business models, scenarios, and sensitivity analyses
• Collaborate daily with Buying, Retail, E-commerce, Logistics, and Marketing teams
• Prepare weekly and monthly management reports for senior leadership
• Translate complex data into clear insights and actionable recommendations
• Lead consistent analytical standards across markets
• Continuously improve KPIs, dashboards, and measurement tools
• Support strategic decision-making and growth initiatives

Requirements:

• 4-7 years of experience in Business Analyst, Planning, Commercial Analytics, or similar roles
• Significant experience in retail, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands- strong advantage
• Advanced Excel skills, including building complex models, forecasts, and analyses
• Experience working with large datasets and turning them into actionable business insights
• Sharp analytical thinking combined with deep commercial understanding
• Fluent in English, including ongoing collaboration with international teams
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
• Experience presenting data clearly and persuasively to senior management
• Proactive approach, high personal accountability, and ability to lead processes
