Java Software Engineer

We're looking for a talented Senior Java Developer with strong backend expertise to join our growing team.

🚀 What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain large-scale web applications and microservices.
• Build robust, scalable solutions using Java and Spring/Spring Boot framework.
• Work with both relational and non-relational databases to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different time zones, including the US.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS cloud infrastructure
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure system reliability and quick issue resolution
• Continuously improve code quality, system architecture, and development practices
• Learn and adopt new technologies quickly as our tech stack evolves

✅ Requirements

Must Have

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Java Developer
• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring/Spring Boot framework
• Proven experience building web applications, databases, and microservices at a large scale
• Solid understanding of relational and non-relational databases
• Experience with AWS cloud services and deployment
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Outstanding communication skills in both English and Hebrew (verbal and written)
• Flexibility in working hours-ability to collaborate with US-based teams on a semi-regular basis
• Quick learner- ability to rapidly adopt new technologies and methodologies
• Availability for on-call shifts and occasional non-working hours support

Nice to Have

• Experience with React and TypeScript
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools
• Background in Agile/Scrum methodologies
