Mechanical Engineer

We are looking for a talented Mechanical Engineer to join our R&D team and take part in the development of advanced, multidisciplinary systems.

This role combines hands-on mechanical design, ownership of production-ready deliverables, and close interaction with manufacturing, integration, and engineering teams.

You will be involved end-to-end — from concept and design through production and system integration.

• Design complex mechanical systems as part of a multidisciplinary R&D team
• Develop complete manufacturing data packages (drawings, assemblies, specifications)
• Support production, assembly, and system integration processes
• Lead configuration management activities, including BOM creation and maintenance
• Drive continuous improvement of existing products
• Troubleshoot and resolve engineering and production issues
• Work closely with cross-functional teams across the organization

• Office-based R&D work combined with hands-on presence on the production floor
• High level of ownership with strong team collaboration
• Dynamic, fast-paced engineering environment

• B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on mechanical design
• Proven experience designing complex, multi-part mechanical assemblies
• Excellent proficiency in SolidWorks
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while being a strong team player
• High attention to detail, organization, and engineering discipline
• Ability to meet tight schedules and perform under pressure
• Fast learner with strong technical curiosity

• Experience with manufacturing documentation and configuration management
• Knowledge of hydraulics and electrical systems
• Experience with integrated systems combining mechanics, hydraulics, and control
• Hands-on experience with 3D printing and rapid prototyping

• Hebrew – required
• English – highly preferred
