System Verification Engineer

We are looking for a Verification and Validation System Engineer to provide cross-functional engineering support to the Electro-Optics and Computer Vision Division. This role provides cross-functional service to the division's system engineers, reporting to the Deputy R&D Manager.

based in the Northern region of Israel

Key responsibilities include:

• Serving as a knowledge center in the field, acting as the right hand of the system engineer in verification and validation processes for division systems
• Writing detailed test plans for complex systems - including test specifications, V&V, and L&F STD at various system levels (SYSTEM\SW)
• Managing verification processes and functional testing, including integrations, comprehensive system testing, experiment monitoring, and more
• Analyzing test results, leading processes for system improvement, and preparing detailed reports
• Overseeing verification and integration processes at both subsystem and system levels
• Serving as a professional liaison in day-to-day work between the division and R&D center disciplines

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in software engineering/computer science/systems engineering - essential
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in system verification and validation
• Experience in developing digital simulations and working in software approval and integration labs
• In-depth knowledge of V&V methodology and testing and verification tools
• Ability to work independently and lead and manage cross-functional processes in system testing and performance verification
• Systems thinking and familiarity with TCRM and DOORS
• Proficiency in technical English, both written and spoken
• Relevant military service - an advantage
