🔸 Own the end-to-end R&D architecture and technical direction

🔸 Stay deeply hands-on: backend, data, and system design

🔸 Build and scale Big Data pipelines using AWS & Apache Spark

🔸 Lead backend development in Java and review frontend in React

🔸 Deliver secure, mission-critical systems used in real-world defense scenarios

🔸 Has 10+ years in senior, hands-on engineering roles

🔸 Has proven AWS experience – must-have

🔸 Brings strong Big Data & Apache Spark background

🔸 Is comfortable coding daily in Java and reviewing frontend (React)

🔸 Has experience in startup or scale-up environments

🔸 Advantage: background in Defense / HLS / Gov-tech
