Technical Support Engineer

The company employs dozens of employees and is located in Tel Aviv, operating a hybrid work model with two days per week from home.

Role Overview:

• Part of a small, high-quality technical team.
• Providing Tier 2 technical support for a complex security product.
• Working closely with global B2B customers to resolve technical issues.
• Ensuring the seamless operation of the company’s self-developed digital ad control systems.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in Tier 2 technical support.
• Proven experience working with global B2B customers.
• Hands-on experience with SQL.
• Experience in log investigation.
• Native-level English (written and verbal).
