Role Overview:

Part of a small, high-quality technical team.
Providing Tier 2 technical support for a complex security product.
Working closely with global B2B customers to resolve technical issues.
Ensuring the seamless operation of the company’s self-developed digital ad control systems.

Requirements:

3 years of experience in Tier 2 technical support.
Proven experience working with global B2B customers.
Hands-on experience with SQL.
Experience in log investigation.
Native-level English (written and verbal).
