We are looking for a System Administrator to join a company located in Bnei Brak!

As part of the role: providing professional phone support to users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, maintaining computers, managing networks, and ensuring uninterrupted operation of IT systems.

An Excellent opportunity to advance from Help Desk to System Administrator level!!!

Requirements:

• Approximately 5 years of experience as a Help Desk technician or PC technician / Junior System Administrator.
• At least 1 year of experience providing external IT services and working with multiple clients (preference for SMB clients).
• Knowledge of cloud servers.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 – licenses, troubleshooting, and routine maintenance.
• Education or certification in IT (MCSA or equivalent).
• Strong communication skills and teamwork ability.
• Ability to solve problems independently under pressure while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• High level of service orientation.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 – significant advantage.
