We have a proven on‑premise solution that integrates with customers’ ERP systems.

We are now at the end of the development phase for our new cloud product, which will provide a complete solution without relying on on‑prem ERP. To support this transition, we are looking for our first dedicated DevOps engineer to design and build our cloud infrastructure and delivery processes.

The role

As our Senior DevOps Engineer, you will design and implement CI/CD pipelines, organize and harden our cloud environment (on OCI), and build the tooling and automation that allow our team to develop, test and deploy quickly and safely.

This is a hands‑on role with a lot of influence on architecture, processes and tooling.

What you’ll do

• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for our services
• Maintain our cloud infrastructure on OCI, following best practices for reliability, scalability and cost.
• Drive cloud infrastructure security and compliance (access control, network security, backups, disaster recovery processes, configuration management).
• Implement infrastructure automation, reducing manual work for development team.
• Set up and maintain logging, monitoring and alerting to provide visibility into production and pre‑production environments.
• Collaborate with development team to improve release, testing and deployment processes.
• Establish DevOps standards, documentation and best practices for the company.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of experience in a DevOps / SRE / Cloud Engineer role.
• Strong experience with at least one major cloud provider; OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) experience is a strong advantage.
• Hands‑on experience building and maintaining CI pipelines.
• Solid understanding of cloud security and compliance fundamentals (identity and access management, network security, secrets management, backups, logging).
• Proven experience with process automation (scripting, tooling, or workflow automation).
• Experience setting up and maintaining monitoring and logging

Nice to have

• Experience with Terraform or other Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools.

• Experience with containers (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes or similar).

• Background working in SaaS / B2B products with multiple environments (dev, test, staging, production).
