Motion Graphics Designer- Product Enablement

Located in Tel Aviv, hybrid.

We are looking for a talented and experienced Motion Graphics Designer to join our Product Enablement team.

You will play a key role in transforming complex technical concepts into clear, compelling, and beautifully crafted visual content.

You will be responsible for elevating our learning courses, product explainers, and content initiatives through high-impact motion graphics and video, contributing your professional experience to a globally recognized brand.

Key Responsibilities:

•Take ownership of the motion design vision for key projects, from initial storyboarding and style frames through to final animation and execution.

•Design and execute high-quality 2D motion graphics and animations that simplify complex ideas and enhance our visual storytelling.

•Translate scripts and creative briefs into engaging visual narratives, ensuring clarity, engagement, and educational effectiveness.

•Work closely with instructional designers, content writers, and other stakeholders, providing your expert perspective to ensure a cohesive and effective workflow.

•Perform video editing and sound design, integrating motion graphics to create polished and professional final products.

•Prepare, optimize, and organize visual assets and project files for efficient workflow and team use.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

•A bachelor's degree from a design college and 2-4 years of professional experience as a Motion Graphics Designer at a design studio, advertising agency, or in-house brand team.

•A strong and compelling online portfolio or showreel is essential.

• High level of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly After

Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

•A deep understanding of fundamental animation principles, composition, color theory, and visual storytelling, backed by professional application.

•High level of written and spoken English.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

•Strong illustration skills and experience creating assets from scratch.

•Proficiency with Figma for design collaboration and storyboarding.

•Experience working within a fast-paced environment.

•Knowledge of audio editing and sound design best practices.
