About the Role
We are looking for an organized, responsible, and people-oriented Office Manager & Employee Experience to manage day-to-day office operations while supporting employee engagement, well-being, and internal communication.
This hands-on role combines office administration with responsibility for creating a positive employee experience, including welfare initiatives, internal coordination, and maintaining the company’s social media presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administration, including filing, organizing and preparing documents and calendar management
- Provide administrative support to management and team members
- Oversee office needs, including supplies, equipment, and pantry/cafeteria management
- Assist with front-desk responsibilities, including answering phone calls
- Support employee welfare initiatives and foster a positive, engaging work environment
- Responsible for organizing company events, birthdays, and internal activities
- Maintain the company’s website and social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Support newsletter distribution
Requirements
- Hands-on approach and detail-oriented with strong organizational, multitasking and time-management skills
- High level of responsibility and ability to work independently
- Can-do attitude with a solution-oriented mindset
- People-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience with social media platforms
- Hebrew – full proficiency; English – strong written, verbal, and reading
- Bachelor’s degree
Good to Have
- Previous experience in office administration, employee experience, or social media management – an advantage
- Familiarity with basic content creation or design tools (e.g., Canva)
