Organizational innovation lead

Clalit Innovation is leading the digital health transformation and innovation in Israel's largest healthcare organization.

As an organizational innovation lead, you will work with innovation managers, project managers and business owners across the organization in designing and facilitating innovation best practices.

Your job will be to design and implement the tools and processes that will enable Clalit to produce innovative products and services in a systematic and repeatable way.

Full time position.

What will your day look like?

· Supporting innovation managers in planning, developing and executing local innovation

activities, including but not restricted to: innovation strategy planning, intrapreneurship

programs, ideation campaigns, building communities of practice, identifying challenges worth

solving, as well as opportunities for value creation, and more

· Facilitation of various innovation workshops such as challenge definition, ideation, strategy

formulation, lean startup in practice, management engagement and training etc.

· Work with HQ partners to design processes with the innovation centers and mitigate barriers

· Develop and implement the innovation management best practices and tools (organizational

playbook)

· Promote collaborations in the Clalit network (with internal and external stakeholders) .

· It's all about the people - you will be working with them all – innovation managers, entrepreneurs,

care workers, IT experts, senior managers and more

Who will succeed and enjoy this role? You are:

· You are an innovation management content expert with proven experience in implementing

innovation methodologies in large organizations

· You are a strategic thinker; you can see a vision and know how to plan and execute the path to it

· You have a keen understanding of large organizations, and the way relationships, processes and

resources are combined in order to make a difference

· You enjoy facilitating and supporting people – becoming a trusted advisor for managers and

engaging with them through the ambiguity and turbulence of the innovation journey

· You are excellent in motivating and engaging people without formal authority

· You are an excellent communicator – you are fluent in Hebrew and English

· You have proven experience of 5-7years in organizational consulting and development

· Working experience in large organizations

· You have proven experience of 3-5 years in innovation consulting - advantage

· Working experience in the health industry – advantage
