Rust Software Engineer

An innovative Israeli startup established over two years ago, focusing on the development of secure infrastructures for Data and AI.

Stable company with consistent revenue after completing a significant Seed round.

Employs dozens of employees and is located in Tel Aviv (near the train station), operating fully from the office.

Role Overview:

• Reporting to the Backend Team Lead as part of an existing engineering team.
• Developing Backend services primarily in Go (Golang) and some Python.
• Working in a Multi-cloud environment utilizing Kubernetes (K8s).
• Involved in Reverse Engineering of database protocols and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Handling A2A, Data Access, and low-latency system challenges.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Degree in Computer Science from a leading university or veteran of an elite technological military unit.
• Proven experience developing in Java or Rust on Linux.
• Proficiency in Go (Golang) or Python.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s) and Multi-cloud environments.
• Knowledge or experience in Reverse Engineering of protocols.
