We are seeking a Hi-Tech Associate to Partner Level team member to join our firm on a full-time basis. This position involves providing legal counsel to clients, drafting and reviewing contracts, conducting comprehensive legal research, and analyzing complex legal issues in the hi-tech, technology, and venture capital sectors. The role requires strong collaboration with the firm's multidisciplinary practice groups and maintaining client relationships. This is an on-site opportunity based in Tel Aviv-Yafo.

• Strong analytical and research skills to assess complex legal issues and provide strategic guidance.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
• Technical aptitude and troubleshooting skills, particularly in relation to hi-tech and information technology matters.
• Proficiency in conducting thorough legal research and interpreting technical and legal information accurately.
• Licensed to practice law in Israel, with additional licenses and international experience considered an advantage.
• Previous experience in advising clients in the hi-tech, technology, or venture capital sectors is highly preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Tel Aviv-Yafo and collaborate in a multidisciplinary professional environment.
