A global, product-based manufacturing technology company is looking for a Hardware Development Team Lead for a key and impactful role, combining people leadership with deep hands-on technical involvement throughout the entire product lifecycle.

• Lead development of new and existing products from concept through mass production (End-to-End)
• Manage and professionally lead a multidisciplinary development team (electronics and mechanical engineers)
• Full ownership of the development process: requirements, design, prototyping, testing, NPI, and transfer to production
• Manage complex development projects including schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and milestones
• Hands-on technical involvement in hardware development, with a strong focus on PCB design
• Work closely with cross-functional teams: manufacturing, quality, procurement, supply chain, product, marketing, and sales
• Interface with customers in Israel and globally
• Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, quality requirements, and full engineering documentation throughout the development process

• B.Sc. in Electrical / Electronics Engineering – mandatory
• 6+ years of experience in hardware development and electronic systems
• Proven experience in end-to-end PCB design
• Experience with embedded systems (analog / digital)
• Strong understanding of EMC/EMI, DFM / DFT
• Proven experience bringing products to market (Concept-to-Market), including NPI and transition to mass production
• Proven leadership experience managing hardware or multidisciplinary development teams
• Full proficiency in Altium Designer – mandatory
• (Schematics, Layout, Libraries, BOM, manufacturing files)
• Strong project management skills and ability to meet goals and deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, system-level thinking, and customer-facing capabilities
