Pharmaseed Ltd is seeking a highly motivated researcher with a passion for preclinical studies and strong organizational skills to join our growing team. This is a full-time, on-site position within our preclinical division.
Role Overview:
As Study Director, you will lead studies from initiation through completion. You’ll serve as the main liaison between the sponsor, test facility, and internal departments, ensuring scientific integrity, regulatory compliance, and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and prepare study plans in alignment with sponsor and regulatory requirements
• Maintain consistent, transparent communication with study sponsors
• Ensure adherence to internal protocols
• Oversee documentation and guarantee timely, accurate reporting
• Manage deviations and lead corrective and preventive action processes
Qualifications:
• PhD in Neurosciences with hands-on experience in behavioral studies (Mandatory)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in preclinical studies (with lab animals – mandatory)
• Prior work in GLP-regulated environments – an advantage
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong scientific writing skills
• Certification for working with laboratory animals from an accredited institution (advantage)
