Software Architect

A global Tech company in the Maritime and Logistics domain, providing a comprehensive Cloud platform driven by AI and Big Data. Their solution enables organizations to optimize complex operations, improving productivity and safety while reducing costs.

The company is currently undergoing a major technological transformation, migrating to a next-generation system. They employ hundreds of employees globally, with a significant R&D center in Israel.

The office is located in Tel Aviv (near the train station), offering a highly flexible hybrid model with up to four days of remote work.

Role Overview:

• Part of the Architects team, reporting directly to the VP R&D.
• Approximately 30-40% Hands-on responsibility.
• Leading architectural decisions as part of the company's transition to a new, advanced system.
• Working within a large-scale, global R&D environment.

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience as a Software Architect.
• 10 years of experience in Backend development.
• Proven experience with Node.js development.
• Extensive experience working with Databases.
• Strong Hands-on capabilities.
• Ability to lead technological shifts and system migrations.
