A global Tech company in the Maritime and Logistics domain, providing a comprehensive Cloud platform driven by AI and Big Data. Their solution enables organizations to optimize complex operations, improving productivity and safety while reducing costs.
The company is currently undergoing a major technological transformation, migrating to a next-generation system. They employ hundreds of employees globally, with a significant R&D center in Israel.
The office is located in Tel Aviv (near the train station), offering a highly flexible hybrid model with up to four days of remote work.
Role Overview:
- Part of the Architects team, reporting directly to the VP R&D.
- Approximately 30-40% Hands-on responsibility.
- Leading architectural decisions as part of the company's transition to a new, advanced system.
- Working within a large-scale, global R&D environment.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience as a Software Architect.
- 10 years of experience in Backend development.
- Proven experience with Node.js development.
- Extensive experience working with Databases.
- Strong Hands-on capabilities.
- Ability to lead technological shifts and system migrations.
