We are looking for a hands-on GenAI / LLM Lead Engineer to design and deploy production-grade generative AI solutions in a large-scale organizational environment.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end GenAI and LLM-based solutions.
Build and optimize RAG architectures and integrate with enterprise data sources.
Develop LLM-based agents and AI workflows.
Architect solutions using commercial AI providers, open-source models, and private/on-prem environments.
Collaborate closely with technology teams and business stakeholders.
Ensure performance, scalability, cost efficiency, security, and compliance.
Requirements
Proven hands-on experience with GenAI / LLMs in production.
Experience with commercial AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic) and open-source LLMs.
Strong knowledge of RAG, prompt engineering, and cost optimization.
System-level thinking and architectural experience.
Ability to translate business needs into practical AI solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience in large or regulated organizations.
Technical leadership or mentoring experience.
