Senior Business Analyst

Cello is an Israeli technology company founded in 2004, delivering smart parking and mobility solutions for both consumers and businesses. Our consumer app serves hundreds of thousands of drivers, offering a wide range of services: parking, car washes, EV charging and refueling, roadside assistance, and more' all in one convenient platform.

For business clients, we develop dedicated platforms and services for parking operators, EV providers, and municipalities. Our business platform centralizes all fleet services, enables real-time control and monitoring, streamlines processes, reduces bureaucracy, and delivers significant financial and operational savings.

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst 

Responsibilities

• End-to-end business analytics ownership – work closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to understand challenges and needs, frame analytical questions, explore data, perform analyses, and derive data-driven insights, including actionable business recommendations.
• Hands-on data analysis – write SQL queries for analysis,  validate data quality and consistency, and ensure accurate interpretation of data as a foundation for decision-making.
• Ownership of reporting and BI deliverables – define and improve dashboards and reports based on business questions; collaborate with BI and development teams on data models and analytical definitions; take ownership of accuracy, clarity, and usability while avoiding information overload.
• Insight communication & organizational impact – present findings and insights to management and business stakeholders, translate data into clear business narratives, and help build trust in data as a key decision-making asset.

Requirements

Must have

• Bachelor's degree in economics / industrial engineering & management / business administration
• 5+ years of experience in business analytics / data roles with strong business orientation
• Experience working with development teams and data infrastructure
• Strong SQL skills
• Experience with BI tools and report/dashboard design
• Ability to work independently and lead processes end-to-end
• Strong communication skills and ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have

• Strong understanding of business metrics and KPIs
• Experience working in a small-to-mid-sized company or startup environment
