Copywriter / Scriptwriter (Direct Response)

We’re hiring a performance copy killer to write direct-response video scripts that sell.

What you’ll do

• Write direct-response video scripts (mostly 20–60 seconds) for paid + organic

• Create new concepts daily, and iterate winners based on performance data

• Write for all platforms (Meta first, then expand), including:

• Hook variations

• Voiceover scripts

• On-screen text (kinetic typography)

• Visual + pacing notes for editors/motion designers

• Headlines/thumbnails when needed

• Collaborate tightly with the CMO and creative team with same-day feedback cycles

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience writing direct-response ads (Meta experience is a big plus)

• You understand human psychology and how to structure a script for conversion

• You write native-level English (clear, punchy, modern)

• You’re fast: you can ship volume without losing quality

• You’re not precious about your copy. You test, learn, rewrite, improve

Bonus points (not required)

• Experience in trading/finance/crypto audiences

• You’ve written scripts for motion design or heavy text-on-screen ads

• You can look at data and immediately suggest better angles and hooks

Compensation

• ₪16,000–₪25,000/month (based on skill and results)

• Equity + performance upside
