Expander is currently seeking an experienced customer acquisition for our D2C Brand.
📍 Location: Ramat Gan - Bursa

About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and self-driven Customer Acquisition E-commerce Manager to own and scale our D2C channel. This role requires a proactive, independent thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can take full ownership of customer acquisition strategies.
Our business specializes in medical health products that help millions of people live better lives. As a key part of our marketing team, you will build and execute performance-driven campaigns, optimize website funnels from upper to lower stages, and identify new opportunities to drive revenue growth. You must be comfortable starting new projects from scratch, solving complex problems, and iterating based on data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of customer acquisition strategy to scale D2C revenue.
- Manage and optimize ad budget across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other channels.
- Develop, execute, and scale customer acquisition strategies to grow our D2C business.
- Analyze and improve website funnels to optimize conversions from upper to lower funnel stages.
- Track, report, and present key acquisition KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis.
- A/B test and iterate on creatives, audience segments, and ad placements for performance improvement.
- Collaborate with the creative team to align acquisition strategies with broader brand goals.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously test new tactics to enhance performance.
Requirements
✅ 2+ years of experience as a customer acquisition
✅Self-motivated and independent—able to take ownership and drive projects without constant oversight.
✅ Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze challenges and implement effective solutions.
✅ Deep understanding of website funnel performance and how to optimize conversion rates.
✅ Highly analytical with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
✅ Creative thinker who can develop compelling ad creatives and strategies.
✅ Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in reporting and campaign execution.
✅ Strong communication and reporting skills for weekly and monthly updates.
