We’re Hiring! US Immigration Paralegal/Lawyer (Full-Time, In-Person – Tel Aviv)
Our Tel Aviv office is growing, and we’re looking for a sharp, motivated team member to join our US Immigration Department at Decker, Pex, Levi, a busy immigration law firm. This is a full-time, in-person position, starting immediately.
What you’ll be doing:
- Preparing and filing US immigration forms
- Drafting petitions and supporting legal documents
- Conducting legal research
- Communicating directly with clients (current and prospective)
- Liaising with the US Embassy and other US government bodies
- Staying up to date on immigration protocols and policy changes — including developments under the Trump administration
- Participating in meetings with clients and the legal team
What we’re looking for:
- Native-level English (required)
- Spoken Hebrew is a big plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organization skills and serious attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- A proactive, professional, and client-focused attitude
