Shortica is a next-gen vertical entertainment platform creating high-production, 90-second episodic dramas, tightly integrated with gaming mechanics. We’re building addictive, premium storytelling experiences designed for engagement and monetization — redefining how short-form content is consumed.

• Build end-to-end product features from concept to production
• Develop frontend applications using Flutter, React, and Next.js
• Design and maintain backend services with Node.js (Fastify)
• Work closely with product, design, and engineering on fast iterations
• Take real ownership over architecture, quality, and delivery

• Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Flutter, React, and Next.js
• Solid backend experience with Node.js (Fastify preferred)
• Self-driven, fast learner, and strong problem solver
• Ownership mindset — you care about the product, not just tickets

• Experience with Kubernetes (deployments, scaling, services)
• Docker and containerized workloads
• Background building scalable, production-grade systems
• Startup / product-driven environment experience
