About The Role

Ready to bring incredible events to life? As our Project Manager, you'll be the driving force behind unforgettable experiences—from concept to curtain call. You'll lead cross‑functional teams, keep projects on track, and wow clients with your strategic thinking and flawless execution. If you love turning big ideas into reality, this role is your stage.

• Leading complex projects from start to finish with precision and flair
• Building strong, collaborative relationships with clients and partners
• Managing budgets, timelines, and resources like a pro
• Navigating challenges with creative solutions and calm under pressure
• Communicating clearly and confidently with diverse teams and stakeholders
  
  

You Might Also Have

• Experience in hospitality, meeting planning, or event operations
• Hands-on expertise with registration services or on-site logistics
• PMP certification or formal project management training
• Background in launching new processes or technology platforms
• History of delivering large-scale, multi-day events
  
  

You Should Know

• This is a project management, not event management, position
• This role requires travel up to 25% on an annual basis - international and domestic
• Eastern or Central Standard working hours are preferred

Travel requirements for this role are as follows:25% to 50%

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Event Project Manager is between $60,000 - $95,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
