🚨 We’re hiring | Operating Room Capital Equipment Sales Specialist
An established and leading medical & pharma group in Israel is looking for an experienced Sales Specialist for Operating Room capital equipment.
This is a field-based role across Israel, working closely with hospitals and medical institutions.
What you’ll do:
• Lead end-to-end sales processes with institutional & private customers
• Manage negotiations with procurement, biomedical engineering & purchasing teams
• Build strong relationships with decision makers (department heads, OR managers, nurses, engineers)
• Provide professional & operational support to customers
• Deliver product demos and clinical trainings
What we’re looking for:
✔ Minimum 2 years experience in capital medical equipment sales - Must
✔ Strong clinical knowledge - Must
✔ Bachelor’s degree (science background is a plus)
✔ Excellent communication & negotiation skills
✔ High level of Hebrew & English
✔ Independent, service-oriented, trustworthy and driven
