Hands-on Global Talent Acquisition Manager with 4+ years of experience managing full recruitment cycles in fast-growing, regulated environments. A trusted partner to leadership, focused on execution, speed, and closing positions across tech, product, compliance, operations, and leadership roles. The role will be mostly remote with a few days from the office in Glilot when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from role intake to offer acceptance
• Take full accountability for hiring delivery and role closure
• Partner with C-level and hiring managers to define role priorities and timelines
• Drive sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and negotiations
• Close senior, technical, and regulated roles in competitive markets
• Manage candidate pipelines to ensure consistent hiring flow
• Lead global and cross-border hiring
• Own ATS usage and recruitment process optimization
• Manage and control external recruiters and vendors
• Improve hiring speed and quality through process discipline
