DevOps Team Lead

We are recruiting a DevOps Team Lead for a government organization located in northern Israel.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of DevOps engineers, managing and mentoring the team to achieve optimal performance
• Plan, design, and implement CI/CD processes for diverse environments
• Build and maintain cloud infrastructures using Infrastructure as Code in AWS
• Manage cloud costs and optimize the organization’s financial operations with FinOps
• Oversee deployment of systems, storage, and communication within Windows and Linux operating systems

Requirements:

• 6 years of experience in DevOps in a public cloud environment, including 4 years of experience in managing a technical team
• Experience in planning, designing, and developing CI/CD processes for diverse environments
• Experience in setting up and maintaining cloud infrastructures using IaC in an AWS environment
• Experience in FinOps and cloud cost management
• Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems and deploying machines, storage, and networking
