Role Description

E. Taieb Engineering LTD is seeking a full-time Traffic and Road Planner for its Infrastructure Department. The role is on-site at our office located in Omer. The responsibilities include planning and designing transportation systems, ensuring compliance with engineering standards, analyzing traffic flow and road safety, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, preparing technical reports, and supporting project execution with innovative infrastructure solutions.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in road planning and understanding of traffic engineering principles
• Experience in infrastructure design, transportation planning, and detailed drawing preparation
• Technical skills, including familiarity with relevant engineering software tools and Geographic Information Systems (GIS)
• Strong analytical abilities for traffic flow analysis and capacity evaluations
• Excellent communication skills for coordination with teams and presenting findings
• Ability to oversee projects and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards
• A degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or related field
• Relevant work experience in civil infrastructure planning is advantageous
• Fluency in Hebrew; English proficiency is an advantage

תכנון תנועה וניהול תהליכי אישור מול רשויות וגופים סטטוטוריים.

תכנון פיזי מפורט של כבישים ודרכים, כולל חתכים, גבהים וניקוז.

תכנון מערכות ניקוז, עבודות עפר ומערכות תת-קרקעיות.

תיאום מערכות מורכב וניהול ממשקים מול יועצים וגורמי חוץ.

עריכת נספחי תב"ע לניקוז ותנועה ברמה מקצועית גבוהה.

יכולת הובלת פרויקטים משלב התכנון הראשוני ועד למסירה.

היכרות מעמיקה עם תקני משרד התחבורה, נתיבי ישראל והרשויות המקומיות.

כושר ביטוי גבוה בכתב ובעל פה ויכולת עמידה מול לקוחות ורשויות

דרישות:

השכלה: מהנדס/ת אזרחי/ת (B.Sc) עם התמחות בתחבורה/תשתיות או הנדסאי/ת בניין.

ניסיון מקצועי: 5-10 שנות ניסיון בתכנון תשתיות, כבישים ותנועה.

שליטה בתוכנות:

שליטה ברמת מומחה בתוכנות AutoCAD ו-CIVIL3D.

שליטה מלאה ביישומי Office.

ניסיון עבודה עם מערכות GIS.

יכולות חישוב: ניסיון בביצוע חישובים הנדסיים רלוונטיים, כולל הידרולוגיה וכתבי כמויות.
