Full Stack Developer

React | Node.js | Python | Cloud | AI-first

P2M.ai is a rapidly growing Fintech company operating in the US asset-backed market and is looking for a Lead Full-Stack Developer to take a central, hands-on leadership role.

We are well-funded by top Israeli VC funds and have seen exceptional growth over the past year. Our next challenge: scaling our platform, deepening financial integrations, and building smart, AI-powered products.

Lead end-to-end development of core products (backend + frontend)

Design and own system architecture, infrastructure, and scalability

• Build and maintain complex financial and third-party integrations
• Work with modern stacks and actively use AI tools
• Take a technical leadership role in a small, high-impact team

• Frontend: React, TypeScript
• Backend: Node.js and/or Python
• APIs: REST, event-driven integrations
• Infrastructure: Cloud-native (AWS/GCP), Docker, CI/CD
• Databases: PostgreSQL / NoSQL
• AI: Heavy use of AI tools in development, maintenance, and new product creation

• 7+ years of full-stack development experience
• Proven experience leading development and making architectural decisions
• Strong background in building scalable systems and integrations
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-moving startup environment
• Fintech experience – a strong advantage

• Location:  Tel Aviv Port
• Hybrid work: 2–3 days per week in the office
• Remote-friendly for the right candidate
