Senior Lead Generation Media Buyer
We are a performance-driven digital marketing company expanding our lead generation activities and looking for an experienced Media Buyer to help build, test, and scale campaigns from the ground up.
This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes performance metrics and enjoys experimenting, optimizing, and scaling winning funnels.
What You’ll Do
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid lead generation campaigns
- Own performance KPIs: CPL, CVR, volume, and scalability
- Test creatives, landing pages, funnels, and offers
- Analyze data and continuously optimize campaigns
- Work closely with internal tech and business teams
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in Lead Generation / Performance Marketing
- Hands-on experience with at least one paid channel (Google, Meta, Native, etc.)
- Strong understanding of tracking, funnels, and conversion optimization
- Analytical mindset with a test-and-learn approach
- Independent, proactive, and results-oriented
