Senior Bookkeeper - For the Finance Team of the AI Era

Are you an experienced finance professional who brings order, accuracy, and ownership to financial operations? We are looking for a Senior Bookkeeper to serve as our in-house bookkeeping owner.

This role goes beyond day-to-day bookkeeping and focuses on building a reliable, structured, and scalable finance operation. You will manage bookkeeping across our Israeli and US entities, own reconciliations and core accounting processes, and help improve our operations.

The ideal candidate is hands-on, highly reliable, and comfortable working independently, with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail, and the ability to bring consistency and trust to a growing company’s financial records.

We value ownership, detail obsession, and technical problem-solving:

• Full ownership of the company’s bookkeeping and accounting records for the Israeli entity
• End-to-end responsibility for P&L and Balance Sheet accuracy
• Preparation, review, and filing of VAT reports, including monthly or bi-monthly submissions
• Ensure compliance with Israeli tax laws, accounting standards, and regulations
• Management of Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
• Bank reconciliations and cash flow tracking
• Processing journal entries, accruals, provisions, and adjustments
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Coordination with external CPA, tax advisors, payroll providers, and auditors
• Ensure proper internal controls and basic accounting best practices

Systems & Tools

• Hands-on work in NetSuite for bookkeeping, reconciliations, and reporting
• Maintain accurate vendor, invoice, and transaction records in the system
