ליחידה לפיתוח עסקי במכון המחקר מיגל

דרוש/ה מנהל/ת שיתופי פעולה Collaboration Manager -

לתפקיד 3 מרכיבים עיקריים, פיתוח עסקי, קניין רוחני, שיווק ויח"צ.

הגדרת התפקיד:

פיתוח עסקי

· איתור, יצירה ושימור של קשרים עם גורמי חוץ ושותפים פוטנציאליים בתעשייה בארץ ובעולם, בהתאם ליעדי היחידה העסקית במכון המחקר מיגל.

· עבודה מול חוקרים על פרויקטים בעלי פוטנציאל מסחור- משלב זיהוי הפוטנציאל, רישום קניין רוחני, עד לשלב הוצאת הפרוייקט לפועל.

· כתיבת תכניות עסקיות וסקרי שוק- תוך למידה מתמדת וזיהוי מגמות בארץ ובעולם.

· ליווי פרויקטים מול הרשות לחדשנות וגופי מימון נוספים- מעקב ובקרה אחר ביצוע לפי תכניות עבודה.

קניין רוחני

· ריכוז אדמיניסטרטיבי של תחום הפטנטים- מעקב אחר לוחות הזמנים, בקרה על תשלומים ותיעוד.

· ריכוז וגיבוש ההמלצות לקראת קבלת החלטות הנוגעות לקניין הרוחני.

שיווק ויחסי ציבור

· אחריות על אתר האינטרנט והמדיות החברתיות- איסוף המידע והצגתו בהתאם לאסטרטגיה השיווקית של המכון.

· ארגון והפקת כנסים, אירוח קבוצות ומשקיעים.

· הצגת פרויקטים- הכנת החומרים, עיבודם והצגתם בפורומים שונים.

 דרישות התפקיד

·      תקשורת בין אישית מעולה ויכולת עבודה בצוות.

• יכולת העברת מסר, ועמידה מול קהל ברמה גבוהה.
• מוטיבציה, ראש גדול, נחישות ולמידה עצמאית- חובה.
• ניסיון בליווי פרויקטים בתחומי מדעי החיים- יתרון

·      השכלה אקדמית בתחומים רלוונטיים – מדעים/משפטים/כלכלה/עסקים- יתרון.

• אנגלית ברמה גבוהה מאוד- חובה.

היקף המשרה: משרה מלאה, במשרדי מיגל בקריית שמונה.

Business Development Unit | MIGAL – Galilee Research Institute

MIGAL – Galilee Research Institute is seeking a Collaboration Manager to join its Business Development Unit.

The role combines three core areas: Business Development, Intellectual Property, and Marketing & Public Relations.

Role description:

Business development-

• Identify, initiate, and maintain relationships with external stakeholders and potential industry partners in Israel and worldwide, in alignment with the Business Development Unit’s goals.
• Work closely with researchers on projects with commercialization potential — from early-stage opportunity identification and IP registration to project execution.
• Prepare business plans and market surveys, while continuously monitoring and analyzing local and global trends.
• Accompany projects in collaboration with the Israel Innovation Authority and other funding bodies, including monitoring and overseeing implementation in accordance with approved work plans.

Skills:

• Administrative coordination of patent activities, including timeline tracking, payment oversight, and documentation.
• Consolidation and formulation of recommendations to support decision-making processes related to intellectual property.

Marketing and public relations:

• Responsibility for the institute’s website and social media channels — gathering content and presenting it in line with MIGAL’s marketing strategy.
• Organization and production of conferences, delegations, and visits by investors and professional groups.
• Presentation of projects — preparation, editing, and delivery of materials for various professional forums.

Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Strong communication abilities and high-level presentation skills.
• High motivation, initiative, determination, and ability for independent learning — mandatory.
• Experience supporting projects in the life sciences — an advantage.
• Academic degree in a relevant field (Sciences / Law / Economics / Business Administration) — an advantage.
• Fluent, high-level English — mandatory.

Position scope: Full-time position, based at MIGAL’s offices in Kiryat Shmona.

The role is part of the Business Development team and reports directly to the VP of Business Development.
