We Are Hiring: Controller

A leading, publicly traded real estate company is seeking an experienced and driven Controller to join our Finance Team.

📍 Full-time position | On-site | Tel Aviv HQ

Reporting directly to the Chief Controller and VP Finance.

Role Overview

• Overseeing the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements

• Managing tax reports, filings, and compliance processes

• Leading management reporting, internal controls, and financial procedures

• Financial ownership of real-estate projects, including analytical reviews, budgeting, forecasting, and cash-flow management

• Working closely with external auditors, banks, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities

• Supporting strategic decision-making through financial analysis and insights

Requirements

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Mandatory

• Relevant experience as a Controller or senior finance professional – Mandatory

• Strong analytical capabilities and ability to work under pressure

• Experience in the real-estate sector – Strong advantage

• BIG4 background – Advantage

• Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
