DevOps Development and Applications Manager

We are recruiting a DevOps Development and Applications Manager for a financial institution located in central Israel.

Responsibilities:

• Managing development processes of digital assets as part of the organization’s digital acceleration program
• Taking responsibility for quality control of deliverables
• Managing working interfaces with vendors
• Accompanying development teams and providing technological and organizational support
• Initiating innovation and new functionality
• Supervising CI/CD processes, testing, architectural planning, and code development

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in managing application and multi-client website development
• 5 years of experience in managing development teams and parallel development processes
• Experience working with digital systems and Microservices infrastructure
• Familiarity with and implementation of CI/CD processes, including test automation
• Experience working in an Agile environment, as well as familiarity with Waterfall methodologies
