Junior PMO (Project Management Officer)

We are looking for a Junior / Entry-Level PMO who is eager to gain hands-on experience in project management within a dynamic, technology-oriented environment.

Role Overview:

This role is designed for candidates at the beginning of their career in project management who are looking for a part-time position. The Junior PMO will support the planning, coordination, and tracking of projects across the organization, working closely with cross-functional teams and under the guidance of senior team members.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the creation and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and milestones
• Track project progress, tasks
• Assist in coordinating between internal stakeholders (R&D, Operations, Finance, etc.)
• Prepare internal reports, summaries, and presentations
• Maintain project documentation and project management tools
• Help identify delays, risks, or gaps and escalate when needed
• Provide administrative and operational support for cross-functional projects

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in project management, PMO, operations, or related roles
• (Relevant internships, academic projects, or practical training will be considered)
• Basic understanding of project lifecycle and project management principles
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Good level of English
• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Business Administration, or a related field – an advantage
