This is a full-time, on-site role for a Motion Graphics & Production Officer, located in Kabul. The Officer will create high-quality motion graphics and video content for various platforms, ensuring alignment with the bank's branding and messaging goals. Key responsibilities include conceptualizing, designing, and producing animations, editing video footage, collaborating with the marketing and communications team on campaigns, and managing video production projects from start to finish. The role also involves ensuring videos meet technical and creative guidelines while delivering projects on time.

• Proficiency in Motion Graphics Design, Animation, and Video Editing
• Experience in Video Production, including shooting, lighting, and sound editing
• Proficiency in software tools like Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Strong understanding of Branding, Visual Storytelling, and Creative Direction
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Strong time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Media Production, or a related field
• Knowledge of the local cultural context is an asset
