Role Description

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Associate for a full-time, remote role to join our team. The Sales Associate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, presenting tailored solutions, negotiating contracts, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies and meet organizational goals is also expected.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in sales techniques, client relationship management, and strategic account management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to understand and present solutions in areas such as software, cloud services, AI/ML, or real estate solutions
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Experience in market research, lead generation, and sales outreach
• Preferred: Experience with CRM systems, knowledge of the energy, education, or technology industries
• Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
