Role Overview 

We are seeking a very senior Full Stack Developer to take hands-on ownership of building cloud infrastructure, backend, and mobile applications from scratch. You will work closely with the VP R&D to design and implement scalable, cloud-native systems that connect IoT devices, mobile apps, and cloud analytics, enabling real-time insights and AI-driven experiences. 

What You’ll Do 

• Architect, build, and maintain end-to-end mobile, backend, and cloud systems from scratch. 
• Develop high-performance mobile applications leveraging Firebase and other modern frameworks. 
• Build robust cloud infrastructure on GCP to interface with mobile apps and IoT devices. 
• Design and implement scalable data storage and big data pipelines, capable of handling growing volumes of IoT and user-generated data. 
• Enable data analytics and machine learning pipelines to extract insights, identify patterns, and improve user experience. 
• Develop computer vision capabilities for edge devices with cameras. 
• Collaborate with product, design, and R&D teams to ensure technical solutions align with product goals. 
• Implement best practices for security, performance, and maintainability across the stack. 

What We’re Looking For Experience & Leadership 

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with hands-on full stack development. 
• Proven ability to develop mobile apps, backend systems, and cloud infrastructure from scratch. 
• Experience working in fast-paced startup environments. 
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to take full ownership of technical initiatives. 
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience 
• Fluent English

Core Technical Expertise 

• Cloud Platforms: GCP (Google Cloud) – experience with serverless, Kubernetes, Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions, and storage solutions. 
• Mobile Apps: Strong experience with Firebase, real-time databases, notifications, and mobile architecture patterns (Flutter, React Native, or native iOS/Android). 
• Backend / APIs: Node.js, Python, or similar; RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs. 
• IoT Integration: Experience connecting edge devices to cloud infrastructure with real-time ingestion, processing, and storage. 
• Big Data: Experience designing scalable data pipelines, data lakes, and analytics workflows. 
• Machine Learning & Analytics: Experience integrating ML pipelines into backend/cloud systems. 
• Computer Vision: Hands-on experience with edge or device-level CV algorithms using libraries like OpenCV, TensorFlow, or PyTorch. 
• DevOps / Infrastructure: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging, and cloud cost optimization. 
• Security & Compliance: Knowledge of data privacy, authentication, authorization, and secure architecture principles. 

Nice-to-Have  

• Gaming or interactive app development experience. 
• Experience with real-time multiplayer or sports applications. 
• Familiarity with analytics dashboards or visualization tools. 
• Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field.
