Role Description
This is a hands-on, design-led role with a strong focus on graphic design, visual storytelling, and guest experience personalization.
The Guest Journey Designer & Digital Marketing Coordinator plays a central role in shaping how the brand is felt — not only seen — across both digital platforms and the physical guest journey.
The role is ideal for someone with a refined aesthetic sensibility, exceptional attention to detail, and a passion for translating brand values into meaningful, beautifully designed touchpoints that enhance the guest experience before, during, and after their stay.
Key Responsibilities
• Design and produce high-quality graphic assets that support and personalize the guest journey, including welcome materials, in-room collateral, digital communications, and branded touchpoints.
• Create visually elegant content that reflects the hotel’s tone, aesthetic, and brand language across all guest-facing materials.
• Take an active role in shaping how guests experience the brand visually throughout their stay — from pre-arrival communication to on-property moments.
• Support on-property content creation, including visual storytelling for rooms, public spaces, amenities, and experiential moments.
• Adapt and refine visual assets to ensure consistency across digital platforms and physical materials.
• Maintain, apply, and evolve brand guidelines across all visual expressions.
• Support daily content updates on digital platforms (website and social media), with a design-first approach.
• Collaborate closely with operations and guest-facing teams to translate guest needs and brand values into thoughtful, personalized visual solutions.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in a hands-on graphic design, visual communication, or creative role.
• Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Excellent visual judgment, typography sense, and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, independent, and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative, proactive, and collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Experience with hospitality, luxury, design-led, or lifestyle brands is a strong advantage.
