Lead Pre-Seed fundraising and investor narrative
Own Enterprise B2B GTM & sales
Build strategic partnerships (Work OS / Collaboration platforms)
Shape CortQ into a category-defining company
Ideal background
Enterprise SaaS / Future of Work / HR Tech / HealthTech
Proven fundraising and/or GTM leadership
Strong enterprise network
Comfortable with equity-based, founder-level ownership
