Part-Time ESL Pedagogical Content Creator

Company Description

Time to Study is an online school offering structured English (Math, and Hebrew) programs for students aged 5–18.

We are now looking for an ESL professional with a strong pedagogical background to help us develop a clear, structured English program for elementary-aged students (6–12).

This role focuses on pedagogical thinking, curriculum writing, and learning progression

The Role:

• Part-time scope: ~25–30 hours per month
• Flexible and remote
• Project-based, with the potential for ongoing collaboration

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing a pedagogical framework for ESL learners aged 6–12
• Defining learning levels unique to the school
• Identifying core skills for each level (speaking, listening, reading, writing)
• Structuring progression between levels with clear, measurable milestones
• Addressing age differences within and across levels
• Supporting alignment (when relevant) with the Israeli Ministry of Education curriculum

Who We’re Looking For:

• Background in teaching English as a Second Language (ESL)
• Strong pedagogical thinking and ability to work independently
• Experience with curriculum development, syllabus writing, or learning frameworks
• Familiarity with the Israeli education system — an advantage, not a requirement
