Role Description:

A key operational role responsible for end-to-end management of customer orders, including monitoring delivery schedules, export permits, international shipping, and shipment accounting, while working on an ongoing basis with customers, warehouse teams, finance, customs brokers, and carriers.

Main Responsibilities and Tasks:

1. Entering customer orders into the company’s information system and managing them on an ongoing basis, including tracking and controlling delivery schedules.
2. Preparing shipments, coordinating collections and transportation, and maintaining direct communication with freight forwarders and customs brokers.
3. Issuing customer invoices in coordination with the Finance Department, reviewing payment terms, and tracking advance payments, milestones, and actual execution.
4. Handling returned shipments for service purposes (returned exports).
5. Monitoring and controlling export licenses in accordance with regulatory requirements.
6. Preparing and generating weekly order reports.
7. Scanning and filing shipping documents in the company’s systems.

Required Background and Experience:

1. International shipping and supply chain operations, including working with customs brokers, carriers, and freight forwarders.
2. Customer order operations (Order Management).
3. Working closely with the Finance Department and invoicing processes.
4. Experience working with ERP systems and Office applications, with an emphasis on Excel.
